Quality Inn & Suites Niles

Breakfast was served late. Seems understaffed because the front desk person was the only one on and was taking care of both front desk and breakfast.

Stayed here several times over the last 6 years and each time I see upgrades, appreciate the new carpet, paint, and decorating.

Didnt even check in, due to false decisions of room, pictures showed hot tub in room, they said it wasnt and the pool was not in service.

The room I got was not what I booked. I clicked to see what was available and what was offered when I clicked on Room, 1 King Bed with Sofa bed, Non Smoking (Efficiency) it showed with tub/spa jetted tub and that was not the case. I felt 150 was to much. The couch and bed was stained and had dried substance on both

We had a lovely stay, we brought our grandchildren to swim and spend the night. We had the whole pool to ourselves, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a lot of options. Thank you

Room was dirty, pool was green. Floors stained bed dirty. Manager was not helpful.checkedout after an hour of being checked in. Refused to refund for both nights.. got a refund for one not but in turn sent another charge to card

Everything was great. Clean room, excellent staff assistance, pet friendly and breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend staying!!

Great place to stay for our Notre Dame game weekend! The hotel was in great shape, shower as awesome, black out shade, and front desk service was excellent.
