Staying in this hotel was really the right choice for me. I am an English teacher and have been in China for six months. It was an enjoyable experience at the Ningbo Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel. The rooms have adequate heating, and we got fresh towels and water every day. Mengna's butler service is very good, she sent us milk and fruit as a gift to our room during Christmas. This hotel is really amazing. Ordering takeout can be delivered to the room door using A robot which makes it really convenient. It's worth a visit! The hotel is also equipped with a heated swimming pool and a gym, and spa. The breakfast was buffet and had a variety of things to eat. The rooms are spacious and bright and beautiful. I was placed on the 17th floor, which is a higher floor and very quiet. Great service, the staff are very friendly, I highly recommend it.

I had a very pleasant stay at Wanda Moments. I am in-between apartments and needed to stay nearby family. Xiao Qui specifically and the rest of the staff really took care of me. I planned on staying one night but due to Xiao’s amazing customer service and her attention to customer care, I decided to stay 3 nights. The hotel has a Harry Potter vibe which I love, really convenient location with a mall nearby and very clean. I love the smart toilet addition in the Deluxe rooms! Thank you Wanda Moments!

This was the last place for me to stay in Ningbo, where I'd lived for seven years. After checking out of my apartment, I was feeling very stressed at the time but the receptionists were super sweet. It is an amazing hotel especially for the price. Right next to Marina restaurant and with beautiful, quirky, book-themed decor. Rooms are spotlessly clean, Chinese breakfast is fresh and tasty and there is a very pleasant vibe all round. Despite my not being in the most relaxed frame of mind when I checked in, I had a very enjoyable stay - thank you.

Top in terms of location, facilities, staff friendliness and room standards. Zero stars for the quality of the dining experience, I'm afraid. Mediocre local dishes hopelessly overpriced and way below average by Ningbonese standards. Could have gone to Hanling village down the road or a bit further into Yinzhou for the same or similar dishes at a tenth of the price (and better quality). We felt it was quite an insult and if it hadn't been rather late and we hadn't been starving, we would have gotten up again and jumped in a Didi. My workplace canteen offers similar local dishes at less than 10 kuai/dish (ok, not a valid comparison, I must admit, but even the most expensive local restos don't charge more than 50 kuai either and provide bigger size portions and tastier). The portions were tiny and starters were priced on average at 100+ kuai while the mains, the size of starters, were on average 220+ kuai. Hardly reasonable for some seasonal veggies and 10 tiny rubbery beef cubes. The white wine hadn't been cooled (happens all the time but kinda unexpected if you pay 4,000 kuai a night for a resort in one of Ningbo's prime locations) and it was a cheap bottle priced at nearly 80 kuai a glass. Having stayed in a variety of luxury lakeside venues across Zhejiang over the years, we were pretty taken aback. For me it was the worst value for money food experience during my entire time in China. We loved our suite, the fitness facilities as well as the architecture of the entire resort though. The service was pretty professional and friendly even though hardly anyone speaks English which is surprising given that this place is regularly frequented by non-Chinese speakers from the local areas nearby (and we saw plenty of those for lunch). Also, in comparison to similar properties across Ningbo and Zhejiang, the breakfast was the worst also. Never mind the continental and English style brekkies (sometimes difficult to get right, we get that), even the Chinese dishes were mediocre (such as the soups, fried items etc) which was surprising. Should we return (we practically live down the road), we'll not spend a single penny on food in this place.

Ningbo is a special city to me. I have been back twice since graduation. I took Dabao once, and Xiaobao was three years old when I came the second time. The hotel I chose this time was a temporary reservation during the 5-1 period. This price is really a bargain in Tianyi. Great location. The professional and enthusiastic service attitude of Liang Shuang, the deputy manager of the front office department of the hotel, makes people feel at home. Will continue to choose next time!

The room is clean and tidy, and the air conditioning is powerful. There are bathtubs and showers with adequate water volume and pressure. The breakfast was rich and tasted very good. Service: A specialist took the initiative to contact me to arrange a high-speed rail airport pick-up service in a commercial vehicle. It was very considerate and there were guides at the station.

mixed review. some really excellent points and then some real improvement needed too. excellent: the food and beverage manager and restaurant staff were always friendly and the food was excellent (though I think the price of a beverages is outrageous). the Thai curry is highly recommended. the pools and spa pools are great the room is nice and the whole building is beautiful. a birthday cake and card to celebrate was very special and thoughtful. to improve: the cocktails we're awful each time we tried a new one...the ingredients were listed but not all present in the drink the check in and checkout - first and last impressions need to be improved. check in we didn't receive a friendly smile to guide us to the counter, check out was a long queue during the busy time, more shuttle cars are required, we had several 20-30minutes wait times and guests act a bit silly and selfish, pushing to get on the shuttle bus even when families with small children where waiting longer. it was 40degrees Celsius so walking was not a safe option. I had to call three times to get housekeeping on the first day and was told usually housekeeping only come every second day, which doesn't make sense. I don't need my bed made or towels changed, but I do need the trash removed daily. a bit of a strange policy for a pretty expensive hotel. the play are for kids is nice and the staff are generally friendly and patient. very mixed review I'm afraid.

Although this intercontinental in Ningbo seems small in scale, the thoughtful and enthusiastic service is commendable, especially Dove Xiao Zhao. The smile on one side is easy to get through internal training, but nuanced, intimate and thoughtful but non-professional polishing cannot be realized. I hope I can come to Ningbo once a year, I will definitely live in Intercontinental.

Hotel was quite good, location is perfect, right next to city center, and parking is included. Staff was very nice and helped us getting a room without smoke smell. Room was quite spacious. On the negative side : the hotel and surrounding was pretty noisy (either door closing quite strongly, or the noise street - horns very painful in the evening). The hotel smells scold smoke, and EV charging needs a maintenance (I don’t think any of the station was actually in service…)

Environment: I was a little shocked when I entered the gate. After taking the elevator to the 27th floor, the whole environment was very high-end. Facilities: The floors are equipped with electronic sensors that can only reach each floor, smart devices at the door, and various living facilities in the room, including a large-screen TV. I didn’t want to be crowded during the National Day, so I chose this paradise. Qixia Mountain Residence in Qixiakeng Village is very neat and clean. The bedding quality is not inferior to that of a five-star hotel. Breakfast consists of some Chinese set meals, some Western-style supplements, and delicious coffee. The store owner is very welcoming. Although the room is full on October 1 and is busy, he will say hello in advance and provide snacks. The creek at the door is crystal clear, perfect for walking the kids and fishing. If you have the physical strength, take a small loop of the ancient trail and breathe in the natural oxygen bar for 4 hours. Highly recommended, you won’t lose money if you join in~

The hotel has a beautiful environment and complete surrounding facilities. There are Juyi Square, Huanyu City, Zhousu Yejiang Food Street, only 300 meters away from the Binjiang Park on the banks of Fenghua River. The facilities are complete and comfortable. First time staying at Ningbo Moxi Hotel, I really like the design of the hotel lobby. It is very suitable for punching in.
