Although I’ve visited Ningbo many times, this was our first experience at the Wyndham Grand. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish. Executive suites were clean, well organized and had a really nice balcony with a table and chairs. My daughter loved her suite which was located next door to me. The staff spoke English, and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of Western/Chinese dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel was quite good, location is perfect, right next to city center, and parking is included. Staff was very nice and helped us getting a room without smoke smell. Room was quite spacious. On the negative side : the hotel and surrounding was pretty noisy (either door closing quite strongly, or the noise street - horns very painful in the evening). The hotel smells scold smoke, and EV charging needs a maintenance (I don’t think any of the station was actually in service…)

Location good but room a bit dirty. We got fruits for the welcome. But we discovered yogurt near the bedroom when we came back the night after diner. We asked at the reception, it was apparently the clean team who enters to let some snacks... Swimmingpool is available but there was a lot of children. They enjoyed well. A big room for team meeting and conference ! KTV rooms were available but not those days due to covid situtation.

Ningbo is a special city to me. I have been back twice since graduation. I took Dabao once, and Xiaobao was three years old when I came the second time. The hotel I chose this time was a temporary reservation during the 5-1 period. This price is really a bargain in Tianyi. Great location. The professional and enthusiastic service attitude of Liang Shuang, the deputy manager of the front office department of the hotel, makes people feel at home. Will continue to choose next time!

I like the decoration in a new Chinese style. The room has a large bathtub and the bathroom standard products are very useful. The floor-to-ceiling windows are designed to overlook the Ningbo High-speed Railway Station. Cleanliness: Very clean. When booking, I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. Great location, great view The parking lot exit is not connected to the hotel system, and the license plate will not be automatically scanned to lift the pole. The check-in information needs to be manually confirmed again. So what should I report to the front desk? There are many kinds of breakfast, including freshly made wontons, which is very popular! But no serious meat, bad review! The happy hour offerings all taste pretty good, and there are even cocktails! The hotel's services are very good, but I feel a little uncomfortable asking me to write a good review. The shading effect of the curtains in the room is very poor. I am very sensitive to light in the morning, so I woke up early. I suggest the hotel update the shading curtains. The water in the shower head is very fast. After some research, it seems that it cannot be adjusted. I don’t like it.

Stayed in this hotel overnight only. Good quick service, great location, breakfast is fine, too. No English speaking staff but some simple Chinese was enough, friendly staff at the reception desk was always happy to help. The only inconvenience was the layout of our room. Having a lot of morning light when sleeping isn’t good. Also staying alone in this room should be okay, but when travelling with someone else, not convenient to always jump over another person at night. Overall impression is positive. Having the best bakery in ningbo nearby is definitely an advantage. Recommended for low budget staying

This was the last place for me to stay in Ningbo, where I'd lived for seven years. After checking out of my apartment, I was feeling very stressed at the time but the receptionists were super sweet. It is an amazing hotel especially for the price. Right next to Marina restaurant and with beautiful, quirky, book-themed decor. Rooms are spotlessly clean, Chinese breakfast is fresh and tasty and there is a very pleasant vibe all round. Despite my not being in the most relaxed frame of mind when I checked in, I had a very enjoyable stay - thank you.

I arrived in the middle of the night on a business trip. The service was very good. There was a check-in gift. The room was not small. There were electric curtains and tea bags. Besides the fact that the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, the bed was comfy and we had an excellent view of the train station. Tons of restaurants are nearby too. Friendly service as well. Would stay again.

Hygiene is also okay, no flaws are seen. This price is not bad. This building is considered the tallest one around, so the floor of the room will be higher. You can walk directly to the Qianye Club and the Old Bund. Recommend to eat Ninghai Restaurant and Weird Lobster, both are delicious!

酒店在火車站南廣場汽車站上方，因早上一早的火車，所以選擇了這家酒店。大堂不大，有個自動辦理入住的設備，若有預訂，可以用該設備辦理入住，比較快，看上去比較先進。有個在櫃枱辦入住的客人與我一起上電梯，問我多少房價？可能擔心吃虧，結果房價比我多1元，但有1份早餐，我沒有早餐。房間還算比較大，看上去也新；但電源插座設計不合理，電視處一面牆無插座，一個房間就2個插座，弱電插孔沒有電，即使有電的強電插座，我的充電寶總充不上電，我都懷疑充電寶壞了，後來在其他酒店能充上電。不知什麼原因？難道是電壓不夠？
