My family chose this hotel to take our children to school. Because the room we reserved wasn't suitable, we contacted the front desk and they immediately changed it. When we checked in, we met the front desk lady, Xiao Feng, who I had contacted by phone. Her warm and thoughtful service made us feel the warmth of Ningbo and greatly enhanced our positive impression of this city. The room was spacious and bright, with a great view. There's also a laundry room and gym on the first floor. Overall, it's a good value for money and highly recommended for both travel and business trips.
