i have been staying this hotel for last few years and i go NINGBO almost ever month i stay there once or twice .I have noticed since last few months the hotel maintaince is geeting from bad to worse . Maybe they are planning to close down ? Last night so bad smell in room when i checked in and i need to change the room again . Even the lobby and lifts are all dirty and smelly and require big cleaning or renovation . Will not be stating there again
