This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's ambiance is elegant, and the room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The soundproofing was also great, so I had a really good rest. The location is superb, with excellent transport links, and it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The service was beyond excellent; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was warm and patient, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very clean and new. The breakfast good and especially the service of the staff was great. I had not eaten upon arrival in the evening and although the room service only had 2 chinese soups on the menu, Chris from reception asked the chef to mak a club sandwich, especially for me. You should put this sandwich on the menu, it was great.

stayed here during a business trip and was very satisfied. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast is good with a decent variety. The location is very convenient, especially for those visiting the industrial area — it’s easy to reach suppliers and get around. Overall, a solid choice for business travelers.

Excellent stay! The service was outstanding — staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great location next to a shopping center and only a short drive from the airport, perfect for business travel. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Honestly, this is a great hotel. One issue however is that guests appear to need a local Chinese phone number to activate the wifi. Without a local number, you cannot activate the wifi. A staff member hurried up to my room and used his number to get me logged in, but this is really sub optimal. You guys need to figure out an easy way for foreigners to log onto the wifi. Otherwise, spectacular hotel, great rooms, great staff.

Overall, it was quite good. The hotel is new, but the room cleanliness needs improvement. Upon checking in, I noticed many handprints on the window and grease on the makeup mirror. Thanks to the front desk staff - Unicorn, for her assistance. She was very warm and had a great attitude, providing immediate solutions to my questions. I would choose this hotel again on my next visit to Ningbo.
