Ningbo Huayingyue Hotel (Tianyi Square City God Temple Commercial Pedestrian Street Store)

The room was very clean and the service was warm and welcoming. I got my period during my stay and the front desk thoughtfully provided sanitary pads, which was very considerate.

The location is fantastic, very close to plenty of dining options. The staff were good, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices – highly recommended! The bathroom, while not huge, has a smart toilet.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The hotel is right next to Tianyi Square, which has beautiful night views, perfect for a stroll around. It's a shame the window view was blocked, so I couldn't see Tianyi Square from the room. Breakfast was pretty good too. The location is convenient, not far from the subway station and the train station.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the main commercial street, so you can just step out and start shopping and dining. The staff were very pleasant, and the complimentary breakfast was good quality – the fruit was all very sweet, and the croissants were delicious! You can tell they put a lot of care into everything.

This is the first time I've encountered front desk staff being so disrespectful during check-in. They were openly joking and messing around, completely ignoring whether I was speaking. It was so noisy that the woman checking me in couldn't hear me at all and had to awkwardly ask me to repeat myself over and over. I had to keep raising my voice just to be heard. The bathroom had very noticeable footprints, though the rest of the room was cleaned quite well.
