I was incredibly impressed with Chen Pingping at the front desk. She was always responsive and her proactive attitude really showed in how quickly she resolved any issues. As a mom traveling with my child for a competition, this was a huge relief. She never shirked her duties or delayed, but instead handled everything with professionalism and genuine care.

Very happy with our stay here the hotel was amazing and no complaints at all. The room was very clean and the breakfast tasted very good very good variety. It was also possible to change pillow which was great. Will come back here next time again. The employee named Nico what’s especially helpful and kind to us.

It's far from downtown Everything is fine . Room is perfect .the breakfast i. s good and has every type. My room view is awesome . Air conditioning is very well. Gym is perfect and has all things . But swimming pool always is busy

It's a nice hotel and they have upgraded an executive room for me. Laundry service washer and dryers are advanced. The breakfast has some issues... All the nuts are old and bad quality (peanuts, cashew, walnuts etc), cherry tomatos had bad taste etc. No cold water and the ice bucket was not a hygienic way...

I had a great stay at Radisson Ningbo Beilun. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. The location is convenient and the overall service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. ⭐ Excellent stay!

Great hotel, nice location - large gym and friendly staff - great robes and slippers!

The hotel is very well maintained. The room I stayed in is clean and amenities are well thought out and arranged. There attention to details. Most of all, upon my arrival, I was greeted by David Li, one of the front desk managers. His discretion together with his helpful advice and eagerness to serve even with odd requests all made my visit very positive and pleasant. I make a yearly visit to Ningbo and have vowed to stay with Radisson each year on my return. There is however two limitations; 1) if only the gym could start at 7am instead of 9am. That way, guests can do gym and then have breakfast. 2) there is a lack of other facilities like a cafe that serves coffee and light meals. But overall, a great hotel and worth the money.

Hotel room is spacious and clean. Breakfast spread is quite good too.

Veeery hot in the room, more than 24 degrees. No cooling from AC.

Another fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The service was very good, thanks to David Li. He was always available when I had questions or needed something. Breakfast was decent, I always prefer room service 🙂. The room is spacious, massive bathtub, beautiful view, I loved everything about it. I highly recommend this hotel 😉

the hotel is unsafe you need to be careful when walking in the room if nails will not cut your feet!!! its tooooooo bad and unsafe if we dont get a proper reply, i am gonna continue sharing evidence and take it on to next step fridge is not working toilet door is not closing air con is not cooling enough
