We really enjoyed our stay here and were pleastantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and the service. The hotel was finished in 2018, and is still in great condition. The rooms are clean, with beautiful bathrooms and great views. The lobby and restaurant are on the 35th floor and are super ostentacious - 3 storey ceilings on the 35th floor! It's a lot of fun. Breakfast is mostly Chinese food, with a few Western options thrown in. Overall satisfied with the breakfast. The noodle bar is good. They have a coffee machine and take your coffee order when you sit. The swimming pool is great, way up on the 37th floor. This was a highlight for our family. You can see most of the city from the pool, and the rest of the city from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the change rooms! There is a wet sauna (open in the mens room, closed in the womens room). There is a nice Japanese restaurant on the first floor, but there isn't much else around in the immediate vicinity. We didn't try the hotel restaurants outside of breakfast. Eleme might be your best bet. The service was fantastic, and there were a number of moments when the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had a good stay. The city is developing quickly, and there was a lot of construction during our stay. The construction didn't interfere with our sleep. The rooms were silent!

The room is big and very clean. All the staff are very friendly and wave to you. The front desk is very considerate to help adjust the floor. The housekeeper Xiao Yang (Yang Pinying) is responsive and considerate to send us to the room, introduce the hotel facilities and other related information, and also send sugar water from their store according to our schedule. Xin's housekeeper provided thoughtful service, the hotel was luxurious and fast, the service staff were very polite and served with a smile. The only drawback was that the room was noisy and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night.

The room is quite big and the air conditioner was turned on before check-in. The service is very good. However, the glass door of the bathroom should be posted with safety tips. The child's hand was caught by the glass door in the bathroom and he went to the hospital. Fortunately, there was no fracture.

The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. I brought my children to the hotel. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic. They are all very good! However, the facilities are 4 points because the sound insulation of the hotel is really something I have to say. I was very tired after returning from the hot weather, but the faucet next door was turned on and off for a while, and my heart couldn't stand it. Anyway, the various noises next door made it impossible to rest well, and I took 4 painkillers! ! !

I went to Qingyun Gorge for rafting and didn't want to stay in Ningbo city, so I chose this Howard Johnson, which was much better than I expected. In particular, the service manager, Manager Jiang (if I remember the name correctly, it seems to be Jiang Mengya) and other partners were very attentive and personally took you to see the room and experience it. The breakfast was also very rich. I would like to add that the scenery is also very good. I will choose Howard Johnson Fenghua Hotel next time if I have the chance.
