The Westin Ningbo

The hotel is located in a bustling area, making it very convenient to visit Tianyi Square, the Old City God Temple, and the Old Bund. However, it's an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated. The windows also have poor soundproofing; I had to wait until very late for the noise from the square to finally die down.

Our three-day trip was cut short to two. From around 8 or 9 PM, we could clearly hear singing coming from multiple KTV rooms – you could even make out the lyrics! The hotel said there was nothing they could do, claiming our room was already the quietest and that someone had checked and heard no noise. So, are they implying I'm lying? The breakfast was also the worst I've had at a hotel recently.

Excellent location. The service was great, especially William at the front desk who was very warm and attentive. The hotel isn't new, but it's very well-maintained. The food was also fantastic, really top-notch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo.

The facilities are excellent, hygiene is great, and the environment is fantastic, especially the night view! There are also many attractions nearby. A huge shoutout to Cloris, Stella, and Doris at the front desk for their amazing service! Thank you for everything :)

I chose this hotel after a lot of searching for our trip to Ningbo with my parents, and it turned out to be excellent. Nina contacted me the day before to ask about our needs, and every staff member provided outstanding service after we arrived. They were incredibly attentive and accommodating to all our requests. Very satisfied!

The hotel reception upgraded our room, and it had a fantastic view of the river at night! The facilities were quite new, the space was large, and the location was excellent – right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. The service was also great. Just a small suggestion: the elevator to the parking lot needs some maintenance and a no-smoking sign should be posted there.

The hotel is located in the area where Ningbo's three rivers meet, offering excellent views from the upper floors. I stayed in room 3805, which had a great angle, providing a panoramic view of the city. The front desk staff were quite helpful, and dining at the executive lounge was also very convenient. The soundproofing in the room was excellent.

My original hotel booking was unexpectedly canceled, but Trip.com's customer service quickly recommended two alternatives. I picked one, and it was an amazing experience, even better and more comfortable than the hotel I'd initially booked! 💕 Most importantly, it was the river-view room I wanted. Huge thanks to Trip.com for recommending The Westin. Parking was convenient, all the lobby staff were very polite and greeted me, and breakfast was also excellent. All in all, it was an experience beyond my expectations.

A long-established five-star hotel in Ningbo, with a great location, excellent service, and convenient for getting around.
