I had to wait a bit too long until they bring me a crib, my flight was 7 hours delayed so we arrived too late and were too tired. The breakfast is ok, not too bad for me as a westerner. The location is central. The hotel is quite old but it’s ok for just one night , not my first time staying here

• The shower in the Superior Room (28-31 square meters) is very small, just be aware of. .can hear the sound of the shower from upstairs above the bed. • The corridor is dark and has a quite low ceiling. • The heating is fixed at 26- 27 degrees and cannot be adjusted. However you can get a fan to cool the room that was working well. • There is no number marked on the phone to call reception. • The buffet breakfast is average, with limited variety. • All staff are nice and friendly, always ready to help.

Nice area with several nice malls and restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. Does have a Costa coffee in the lobby! Gym is very limited and pool is small. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

This location of hotel is so convenient to shopping and food, including some old historical building. Will stay here again.

Decided to stay the night in my old city, where I spent seven years, before collecting my dog. Once again, it was a very pleasant stay. I still think the pillows could be better as too soft but it’s only a minor complaint. This time they even supplied a small bag of fruit as a welcome gift, with one of the nicest oranges I’ve ever eaten! Breakfast is very good, staff are polite and friendly and overall it’s a very decent and reasonably priced hotel in a perfect location. Many thanks and best wishes 😊

Only stayed one night, so not much i cant review. The only thing i have to say is the gym facilities are very poor, the machines are old and really not working properly, specially the multi function machine and the TV in the room isn’t good as well. Nothing special on food breakfast, is ok

Lobby people can’t professional ! Room very poor , fridge empty and … I booking a one room and this give me a room less class ! Need complain very hard !! Maybe because I am foreigner ! Very very bad !! After complain refund me ! But action very very bad ! Need pay attention when arrive in lobby !

Quite average hotel. Not very clean and breakfast buffet with sticky plates and tables. Will not book again.

Very good location close to Tiayin Square and the IMaX cinema, the room was big, and clean with everything for a quiet and comfortable night. The hotel is very big with a very busy time at breakfast.

Breakfast is excellent but the hotel is older and needs renovating. Gym was poor and pool is meh. Great location though.
