The room smelt a little weird and the view we received was of a car park. The hairdryer and shower was good though. Also the front desk staff were a little rude.

Not very good view even from 7-8 floors. No coffee in rooms and gym is small.

We enjoyed one night at this hotel. Clean and simple. Wonderful breakfast in a compact dining area, many choices and a chef cooking fresh noodles and other Chinese breakfast staples. Well thought out with plates and chopsticks right in front when you enter. Best thing about this hotel is being able to walk across a bridge in one direction (e.g. to the east) then along the river front to Laowaitan restaurants and bars, then back via another bridge to the west of the hotel. A nice loop. Only surprise was that nearly all restaurants and bars were closed during Spring Festival, so we enjoyed a longer walk in cold rain, into the centre of the city to find a light dinner.

I am very satisfied with staying in the hotel, and I am especially moved by the warmth and politeness of the lady at the front desk, who patiently guided me when I checked in late at night. The Linjiang environment is unique. The sense of experience is full!
