Location is great!
Kind staff. Gave me coffee packets upon arrival.
For the second stay the television sound was again so low I had to call staff to change the volume. He was not sure how to do this, but in the end was successful.
Everything seemed clean. I didn't pull out the UV light, but the bedding looked very crisp.
IF I go to Ningbo again I would probably stay again.

I have stayed in many Atour Hotels in many cities, but this is the first time I have stayed in an Atour hotel with such poor hygiene! ! I felt uncomfortable and couldn't sleep the whole night. The floor and walls were very dirty. On the day we left the hotel, the hotel said that they had left something behind. The pictures they sent to us were not our belongings... So did they not clean the place before we checked in?
