住址距離天一閣衹有700米，出門到天一廣場也非常方便。房子是複式挑高，總體層高蠻高的，設計的一點也不壓抑。一共三張大床，樓梯上去左右各一，拉上簾子就互不打擾了，最好的是樓下，一個超大的榻榻米，上面除了放一個大大的席夢思之外，還有很寬敞的地方，幾個人在上面可坐可躺，非常棒。

1：房間設施與照片相符，但是過於陳舊
2：在房間做了一頓飯，買了很多調料衹用了一次，跟管理員説好了剩下的都給他留下，但是因為買的油炒菜用完了，所以最後還剩一個炒菜用了管理員一點點豆油，結果被一頓罵
3：公寓環境很差，男男女女成羣結隊，各種聲音起此彼伏
4：單身女不建議選擇，半夜有一羣男的過來咣咣敲門，説要找個朋友🥵 莫名其妙太嚇人
5：優點便宜，才225元，但是追求品質的不用選擇，選了也得後悔
