Great location! It's right next to Gulou (Drum Tower) on the left and Chenghuang Temple on the right, with Tianyi Square just around the corner. Plus, there's an A Mao restaurant downstairs, which is a must-try when you're in Ningbo. Perfect for a family trip.

This hotel is super convenient, just a ten-minute drive from the airport, and the service is excellent. The environment is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and it offers great value for money. Definitely recommend! Plus, there's a whole street full of restaurants downstairs with tons of choices.

Great stay in a really good location for exploring Ningbo, photos show lots of nice sights that are walkable from the hotel. The room was initially south-facing and had warmed up far too much such that it was 34 degrees Celsius (with AC not available as it was winter), but the staff were really helpful in moving us to a south-facing room which was a very comfortable temperature.

This is a great hotel. The location is good, the environment is very nice, the service is excellent, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling, but since it was just for one night, I managed to make do.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. A Mao Restaurant is just behind the hotel at the big crossroads. If you get tired of the hotel breakfast, you can head to Liu Ji Baozi in the residential area to the right of the hotel. They're open 24/7 and serve delicious old-dough pork buns, tofu soup dumplings, and stewed rice cakes. It's a 10-minute walk to Tianyi Square and about 20 minutes to the Old Bund. The hotel staff are all very professional; they never ignore guests and always proactively ask if you need anything. Another special service at this hotel is the self-service drying cabinet, located on the guest room floors by the elevators for self-use. Light summer clothes dry very quickly. Next to the hotel, there's a memorial dedicated to the victims of the Japanese germ warfare during the invasion of China. Someone had laid a bouquet of white flowers there. The sanitation workers are also great; they didn't disturb it. It stood quietly at the corner of the monument, conveying remembrance and sorrow. While we enjoy the peace of the present, we must not forget that period of profound suffering in history.

The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to Yhe Avenue Shopping Mall, Tianyi Square, Gulou, Old Bund, and Yuehu Park. The family room has two separate rooms, offering great value for money.

The location is pretty good—close to Tianyi Square, which makes getting around and finding food quite convenient. I really liked the room layout. It’s well designed with separate spaces for the toilet, bath, and even a wardrobe area, which made the room feel more organized and comfortable. The room itself was also cozy and nicely set up. However, I had a very frustrating issue with the air conditioning. The room temperature was showing around 28°C, but no matter how low I set the aircon, there was no cool air. After checking with the front desk, I was told the hotel had switched off the central chiller because the weather had been slightly cooler for the past two days, and some guests even felt cold. I was even offered fans instead, which I honestly couldn’t accept—especially since it was already end April and heading into summer. Eventually, after further escalation, the manager arranged for the technical team to turn the chiller back on, and that resolved the issue. On a positive note, breakfast was nice with a decent spread. Overall, the stay could have been excellent if not for the aircon situation.

The breakfast selection was great, and the night view from the window was stunning. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It's also super convenient, within walking distance to Tianyi Square and Chenghuang Temple. I'd definitely book again if I get the chance!

The Executive Twin room was fantastic! The service was incredibly attentive, and the room offered a great city night view. The location is super convenient with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Tianyi Square, Chenghuang Temple, and Gulou are all within easy reach. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend it to everyone!

The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was also great with a good variety. It's really close to the subway station, and within walking distance to Tianyi Square and Chenghuang Temple. A really good hotel, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The breakfast was great, and I slept comfortably. The location is super convenient for getting anywhere; it's near the subway and high-speed rail station, Chenghuangmiao Pedestrian Street, and Gulou. It's easy to get around by taxi or on foot, and there are plenty of affordable snacks downstairs, like the delicious and well-priced seafood noodles.
