Pretty good hotel. Great location, easy to get around. Seems to be a favorite among foreigners.

Definitely five stars! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. Mia provided prompt and thoughtful service. Plus, it's right next to Romon World Park and Intime City, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. I'll definitely be back!

It has to be Hilton for that top-notch quality. I was extremely satisfied with the service experience, and the accommodation environment was impeccable. The view of Romon U-Park outside the window was stunning. Hilton's breakfast also truly lived up to expectations. The local specialty snacks, tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls) and nian'gao (rice cakes), were incredibly authentic. The dumplings and wontons were all from Wanchai Ferry, freshly taken and opened from the fridge – so reliable! It's just a shame I don't have ten stomachs; I picked a few items to eat and was already full.

We stayed here during the Chinese New Year, and even though it was very busy, the check-in process was smooth thanks to Ms. Coco from customer service. She was incredibly patient. We checked in quite late, but she still managed to get us a room facing the park, and the view was absolutely amazing! A pleasant surprise was the disposable compressed towels provided. We also received a small snack bag for Chinese New Year, which, though a small gesture, really made us feel happy and welcomed.

Came to Romon during Chinese New Year and chose this hotel. The facilities are relatively new, and overall it feels quite clean. There's Intime City and Romon Land nearby. They even give you Haagen-Dazs upon check-in, which is a nice touch. The soundproofing is pretty good. The only minor issue is that the window handle in the room is a bit high. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.
