Hotel was very nice and confortable.
but the most amazing thing thing was hotel staff they were just great so helpful and nice during my stays all over the world these poeple were great!

1.晚上蚊子多
2.半夜睡一半空調風蓋板掉落
3.攜程客户入住還需要按金200，已經很久沒遇到要按金這回事了，禮貌交流前台還覺得是我孤落寡聞
4.浴袍竟然也分房型，豪華有浴袍高級沒浴袍，表示需要，一開始不願意給，表達這個情況那我會反饋到攜程點評後是送來了
5.床品存在問題可能性很大，第二天醒來眼睛有痘，身上好幾處很癢
6.智能馬桶沖水有問題
7.表示最遲退房時間是中午12.30，可能我住的酒店退房14.00太多了，也沒耐心溝通反正也不想多待
本來不想給差評，起床後發現身上各種癢還是決定寫一下，第一次給酒店差評

要從寧波到舟山覺得來都來了寧波玩兩天吧，選擇了這家離東錢湖近的看起來還不錯的，忘拍照片了，整體都不錯就是辦理入住時有個女服務員説話不咋地勁兒勁兒的還和你扣字兒讓人很不舒服，我説我訂的房型不帶早餐對嗎（和她確認）她非得説有帶早餐的是你沒定！還強行要我付按金主要是那個態度讓人很不能接受…後來旁邊的女生打了圓場，不知道什麼毛病但是我可不慣着，別的服務員和前台都挺好説話比較温柔，希望酒店加強管理吧不然影響印象！

我們是連着住了三天，三天都沒有服務員來給我們換床單，按理來説應該是兩天就會換一套床品的。
房間裏有兩瓶水不夠喝，就微信聯繫的前台想讓他們再送兩瓶水，但是前台反問了一句，打掃的時候沒有放水嗎，我們回覆放的兩瓶水喝完了，前天台就直接不理了。後來我們又打電話給前台，他説水要收費一瓶三元，，，，無語子，我們又不是問你要十瓶八瓶的，這都要收費。
還有就是，會有一些水流聲嘩啦嘩啦的，能持續十幾分鍾，很影響休息。洗臉枱那邊幾乎是沒有熱水的，那個水放了好久還是涼的，淋浴間裏面水也要放很久才能熱，而且白天洗澡的時候沒有熱水，都是涼的。
還有一個小問題，就是他們房間裏衹有一張椅子和一個小桌子（沒算兩個小牀頭櫃），放東西很不方便

不得不再給酒店和前台小姐姐打個五星好評，看我帶着孩子還給我安排了通風采光都很好的房間，窗户很大，吃完東西一打開就能散味這點超級棒！床很大，晚上也不用擔心小孩掉下去，非常好！

非常滿意，來去方便，離地鐵站近！房間設施也齊全！前台還送了早餐券，很不錯，去往各個景點，叫車比較方便一點，也不貴！反正這次，住這裏給我留下很好的印象！
