Hyatt Centric Lakeside Ningbo

Our stay with our pet was excellent; this is a truly rare pet-friendly hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to animals, providing thorough and thoughtful service throughout our stay. They truly considered our furry friend's feelings, making our stay feel completely unconstrained. The lake-view room we booked offered outstanding views, allowing us to admire the beautiful lake scenery right from our window – it was truly therapeutic. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options available and good taste, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely meal. The location is superb, right next to a shopping district, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean and comfortable, and the surrounding area was great for walks, perfect for taking our pet out. Both the facilities and service details exceeded our expectations. This is our top choice for traveling with a pet, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again for future vacations. Highly recommended for friends traveling with pets.

Facilities: Overall, the facilities are good, but the bicycles provided for cycling are not well-maintained, and the seats are quite uncomfortable now. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally acceptable. However, the bedding in the room felt a bit damp. On the first night, I slept well. On the second night, I didn't get good rest, I'm not sure if it was mosquitoes or something else, but I had many bites. When checking out, I mentioned this to the front desk, and they suggested applying some 'feng you jing' (a type of medicated oil). Environment: The surrounding environment is lovely, and the room faced Tongxin Lake, offering beautiful views. Service: The front desk specifically upgraded us to a lake view room. Especially, the front desk service on the day of check-in and the second day was excellent.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation and a lake nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, and it's very pet-friendly. They even have a dedicated pet elevator and provide bento boxes 🍱 for our furry friends.

This trip with my dog was a great experience! Mina at the front desk was so helpful, the room was very comfortable, and the view was fantastic! The restaurant even had a special pet-friendly area, and we met so many other cute dogs there. We had a blast!
