環境：去看演唱會的，離場館很近，位置還可以，下地鐵一個路口幾百米就到
設施：設施陳舊，都是灰，我去了第一件事，就是把所有的枱麪電視，水池擦了一遍
衞生：衞生條件不太行，真的挺臟，好像還有很多工人住裏面，隔音很差•ᴗ•💧💧床單被套都是破的，毛巾浴巾都是煙味😂
不過有一説一，價格挺便宜，但是最起碼的衞生需要做好

房間衹能用臟亂差來形容，面積小的可憐不説，房間還很大一股煙味，被子和枕頭上都煙入味了，廁所也有股下水道的味道，洗漱用得杯子也是根本沒洗過，整體感覺就像幾十塊得招待所，都不知道怎麼好意思説是賓館的？並且扣的房間連一點紙都沒有，真的是一次很差很差很差的住宿體驗。

臟亂差，窗簾拉不上，淋浴頭壞的，房間一股貓屎味，直接給了間沒窗户的，實在住不下去，去找老闆換一間，説沒有，最後主動提出加20塊才給換了。周邊也沒有餐廳，大家謹慎選擇。
