Everything was great. Immensely convenient, being located at 2 subway lines intersection, just 100m away from the nearest subway entrance. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and bright rooms. Even got free and tasty soft ice cream at the hotel lobby, which I had one every time back. Lucky to be upgraded, and had a slightly bigger room, open city view and free mini-bar for our 1 week stay

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process quick and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean, with fresh and comfortable bedding. It was very quiet at night, ensuring a truly restful sleep. The bathroom had excellent hot water pressure and stable temperature, and the toiletries provided were pleasant to use. The hotel's location is also super convenient, just a short walk from the subway station. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the area!

Apart from the fact that there are no windows, the room is very large and very cost-effective. It is more comfortable to live in than the more expensive room next door. The round room next door doesn't even have a place to put things...
The picture is from next door. You can also try other platforms, which are 30 cheaper than what I ordered.
Although you can go to Tianyige Drum Tower within two kilometers, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby, it is only 700 to 800 meters away from the subway station, which means walking at least an extra kilometer every day.
There is no escalator to go to Exit AE, which is very close. There is an escalator to Exit B.

Came to Ningbo for a concert. Nan Yuan offers great value for money, perfect for backpacker-style travel! The Line 4 subway station right outside the hotel means I didn't have to worry about the inevitable traffic jams and crowds around the stadium. When I got back in the evening, I even ordered takeout, and the hotel staff helped deliver it straight to my room. The front desk service was excellent and very thoughtful! We needed disposable chopsticks, and they quickly sorted it out for us. It really shows the difference a larger hotel makes; they have everything!

The location of the hotel is really great. It's right at the highway. The subway is right at the door of the hotel. It's very convenient to go anywhere. There is Hengyi Plaza, a commercial building, and a rich variety of food! The hotel facilities are also very good, parking is free, and the front desk staff are warm and friendly. It's a great hotel. I will stay there next time!

Very comfortable hotel. The hotel service is very good, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the service attitude is particularly good. Walking distance to railway station, to parks , canals and historical sites. Very nice lobby and tasteful decoration. They also have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Aircon is powerful but started leaking some drops of water, but otherwise was a pleasant experience

The hotel location is excellent which is within the walking distance of Ningbo railway station. We have upgraded to a luxury room. The room is big, clean and well equipped. The breakfast is ok. However, the air conditioning is not working during Spring and Winter time which mean the room temperature is relatively hot ( cannot be lower than 25.5 degree Celsius. Besides, since it near the busy traffic area, sometimes car horn sound is unavoidable.

The hotel was inexpensive and situated right by the river, just a short walk from the train station. The facilities, service, and cleanliness were all acceptable. However, my experience was significantly marred by two main issues:
1. The toilet seat was automatically heated by default and became uncomfortably hot. It also had an automatic flushing feature. When using it, it would flush automatically two or three times, splashing water onto my backside every time. Worse, water would sometimes seep out from between the heated seat and the ceramic base onto my legs, which was absolutely disgusting. Unplugging it meant the toilet wouldn't refill or flush at all. All the control buttons were inconveniently located on the side, forcing me to lean down and individually decipher their functions.
2. The bedside design. One night, half-asleep and without my glasses, the moonlight made it look exactly like a long-haired woman staring down at me. It gave me a serious fright!

KkyoyatqThe location is excellent; Tianyi Pavilion and Yuehu Lake are within walking distance. The Ningbo Hotel is across the street, and there's a fast-food restaurant called ”Niu Chi Cao” (牛吃草) next door for breakfast. There's also a shopping mall a short walk ahead.
Parking is in a nearby public parking lot with 12 spaces, which isn't very convenient for carrying large luggage.
The budget hotel is compact but has all the essentials. We booked a family suite, which consisted of two identical rooms with two bathrooms. The room type was satisfactory, but there was only one room key for three people, requiring two separate electricity cards for the two rooms. After asking the front desk, we were given two electricity cards.
Service: During my two-night stay, on the first day after check-in, I received a text message asking for a positive review, then they said it was sent by mistake. The next morning, I asked the front desk to clean my room before leaving. When I returned at noon, I found that my electricity card was missing, and the takeout food from the restaurant that I had left on the counter the night before was also gone. I called to inquire, and the cleaning lady came. She said she thought I didn't want it and had thrown it away. I told her that how could something left on the counter be unwanted? Unwanted food would be thrown in the trash can or placed next to it. Five minutes later, the cleaning lady came back to knock on the door and returned the bag of food. I was speechless. This was the first time I had encountered such a situation. It was a very confusing operation.
