住了很多次，這次體驗感極差。
設施：燈壞了好幾個也沒有修。
服務意識淡薄：打掃衞生連最基本洗漱牙具都不添加，大半夜叫服務送過來，沒有道歉就算了，還一副欠她錢似的。
大早上一羣大媽嘰裏呱啦的門口聊天，早早就被吵醒了。打電話給前台也一副理所當然的樣子

小縣城，高檔酒店不多，剛好客家國際大酒店沒房了，就在攜程定了兩晚客家大酒店，中規中矩，沒有驚喜也沒有意外，268一晚價格相對偏貴，個人認為最多也就238的服務，不夠是長征出發的地方，多花200就當助力革命老區了～

説實在比較失望，這麼好的位置，可惜設施老化，壞了的衞浴設施也不維修。客房總體還乾淨。早餐不好。

8月入住3天，總體還可以，酒店在一個縣城還算還可以的，酒店在城裡購物出行都方便，房間衞生和配的可用品都還算ok，酒店空調製冷效果不好，根本沒有冰冰的感覺，調了好多次都沒用，永遠的感受都在26度，前台説是這樣的沒辦法了（證明不是我一個客人反映過此問題），酒店服務一般般，打去前台要什麼東西，他們會説我是前台你要打房務中心，我就在想你不可以把我的需求轉告給房務中心嗎？就非要我自己打嗎？你們是兩個敵對的部門嗎？就不能提供一站式的電話服務嗎？還有我在攜程上積分兑換了一份早餐，前台好像聽不明白，經過我反覆提醒才給我第三張早餐券！寫的有點多，抱歉，真實客觀的感受
