This hotel is really close to Pelabuhan Ratu, which is super convenient if you want to catch the morning mist. It's located on a hillside, and the butler service is great – they'll drive you to and from the parking lot. The views are quite expansive. They have a sunset restaurant and a forest tea room, which are nice spots to relax. The complimentary tremella soup at night was delicious.

I really have to commend this hotel; it's genuinely the best hotel experience I've ever had. Of course, you can scoff and say I haven't stayed in good hotels before. Firstly, the environment and decor are incredibly beautiful and well-maintained. You can see a clear panoramic lake view right from your room. And once you check in, you'll notice how thoughtfully designed the room's layout and facilities are. Many elements are very ergonomic, and the interior furnishings, including the audio system, are all of high quality – truly a beautiful hotel through and through. Secondly, their service package is excellent. There's a butler who handles transfers and will even help you book boat tickets for the morning fog tour the next day. The breakfast is also very exquisite. But what surprised me most was how incredibly warm and attentive every single staff member was. We arrived the previous afternoon and had actually visited over ten hotels before settling on this one. Since it was the off-season, I felt many places had fewer staff, and their attitudes were rather cold. Here, every single person was enthusiastic, especially our service butler, Pin Chu. He's handsome, thoughtful, and always has a smile. We initially planned to stay only one night but ended up extending our stay. I'm honestly curious what management methods the owner uses to make every employee so enthusiastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lugu Lake – it's a place you absolutely shouldn't miss.
