Sota House Hostel

It just so happened that there were no free places in this hostel on Booking, my friends had already booked, and I joined them later. But I managed to chat with the hostess, she assured me that she had booked a place for two nights. So far, I've been living in a different hostel. I came these days to remind myself and make sure that everything is in order. They let me know that everything was in order. When the time came to move, the admin first looked for a very long time where to settle me, and they seemed to have found it and I had already paid. But then she told me that the place was taken. And that she can put a mattress on the floor for me. Of course, I was completely confused. So for administrators, these promises mean nothing. But I was also surprised by the fact that the hostel itself is small, there is not enough space in the rooms, and if I were settled on the floor in the middle of the room, then not only I would be uncomfortable, but also all the residents of this room. The hostel is so small that you can hardly turn around in the toilet. In the photo, the hostel looks nice and cozy. It’s good that in the hostel where I initially stayed, it was still free for the next two days. And as I found out later, some person was nevertheless settled on the floor on a mattress, I am in shock. Good thing it ended well for me. My hostel was quite pleasant and spacious.

Хотел отличный. Администратор супер. Все понравилось. В хостеле чисто, уютно, благоприятная атмосфера. Приехали из Беларуси. Место рядом с набережной, в шаговой доступности от кремля. Рекомендую. Хочется ещё раз сюда приехать.
