Hi, your hotel is nice but you have 4 Stars and 500+rooms. It's riduculous that you don't have many english speaking receptionists. I understand it is hard but you must have at least one english speaking receptionist at all times. Ideally you must have them everywhere at the hotel. You have only one girl who can actually speak and rest is just using google translate.

Потрясающее место для завтрака!!!!огромный выбор блюд ,все очень вкусно ,придраться не к чему ,персонал идеальный,все очень чисто ,еду постоянно пополняют.Были очень приятно удивлены ,рекомендую Всем!!!Прекрасный вид из окна и зимой и летом ,близость от железнодорожного вокзала ,метро и автобусных остановок

Хорошая большая когда-то советская гостиница. Удобное расположение. До метро 10 мин. Автобусная остановка около входа. Стандартный номер маленький, немного уставший уже, особенно в ванной. Забавные подписи шкафов, вешалок и т.п. В номере все есть. Очень тепло, батарея горячая, что очень актуально зимой после прогулок. В номере все чисто. Кровать удобная, но пора уже подкрутить, любой поворот и скрипит. В ванной есть туалетные принадлежности, тапочки. Горячая горячая вода. По слышимости у нас окна выходили во двор и слышно было только коридор. Ни соседей, ни улицы не слышно. Хотя народу было много. Персонал приветлив. За доп.плату есть завтраки, но мы не брали.

приехали с семьей встретить новый год в нижнем новгороде, отель очень порадовал) понравилось вежливое обслуживание, отзывчивость сотрудников. возникли пара моментов, которые сразу же были решены. еда в ресторане вкусная, в номере было чисто, вид из окна проооосто супер, очень хочется вернуться ещё раз 😌

Проживал в этом отеле зимой. Не знаю, повезло ли мне так с номером, но было невероятно холодно. По ощущениям температура была около 15 градусов, с окна очень дует. Отдохнуть и расслабиться не получилось, из-под одеяла вообще не хотелось выбираться, вся мебель и полы — ледяные.

Цена, учитывая, что это первые числа января и праздничные дни - отличная Номер теплый, завтрак, обед, ужин - большой выбор, вкусные, хорошие сотрудники Минусов даже придумать не могу, их не было Не очень относится к отелю, но в на первом этаже стейк Хаус блюда совсем не очень, хотелось бы чтобы поработали в этом направлении, но так как это не отель, отдельно и подробно об этом писать не буду

Отдыхали в отеле с 2.01.2024 по 4.01.2024. В отеле были 2 года назад. Номер стандартный двухкомнатный с завтраками и ужинами стоил 28.000. Питание шведский стол, красивый вид из окна, удобное местоположение, вежливые сотрудники на ресепшен. Из минусов: очень холодно в номерах, уборки не было за 2 дня, в ванной - холодный полотенце- сушитель, 2 раза делали заявку на ресепшен, так никто не пришел. Цена очень завышена.

Отель на 3 звезды с натягом. Вариант для командировочных. Уборка в номерах никакая. Завтраки так себе... Расположение - с одной стороны в центре, но чтобы прогуляться по центральным улицам надо ехать мин 10 на такси.

Тройка не выше. Бронь за три месяца исключительно ради вида на реку. Расположение далеко от цента по меркам НН. Заселили в номер с видом на очень задний двор, для кучи- в 8 проснулась от запаха еды ( внизу кухня). Переселять отказались. Отель битком из-за какого то фестиваля. Почему этих членов не заселили в мой плохой номер- большой вопрос к ресепшен. Завтрак тоже битком, есть нечего, кончается тут же. В общем отдых испорчен, никому не советую!!!
