This is Nizwa's new hotel, just located near Lulu & Grand Mall. This is a nice hotel but I think the place lacks manpower. Too many guests oftentimes but only limited service staff to assist. Also, the gym has no staff to assist guests who are exercising. Several times I have observed, guests asked about a gym assistant or trainor but the hotel doesn't have anyone! This is a European brand hotel, they SHOULD HAVE ONE, at least. Another thing, the gym equipment are new but it lacks some important machines like the abs sculpting machines, steelflex, abs coaster, etc..but they have too many steppers & treadmills which are rarely used!‍♀️ Anyway, I hope this review motivates improvement on the facility mentioned to make more customers happy. It will also make the company more profitable, eventually. I love their Muscat outlet better.

This was my first stay in Nizwa, Oman and if I will ever visit again, this hotel certainly would be the place where I would stay. There are several reasons for that, to enumerate some: 1. The location is quite good, in proximity with all tourist spots (Jebel Akhdar, Nizwa Souq, Nizwa fort etc) 2. The property is neat and clean. 3. The rooms are well equipped and are decent in size. 4. The pricing is very competitive as compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Last but not the least, the host, Mr. Anu Mathur, an incredible man who defines what hospitality is. He made our trip so comfortable and enjoyable, that we can't thank him enough. He was our one stop solution for every issue in Nizwa. I highly recommend everyone to stay in this property if you are visiting Nizwa.

This hotel should be the best hotel I have stayed in Oman. The room is very big and the view is not ordinary. The hotel built on the edge of the cliff, you can watch the sunrise and sunset, very beautiful. The breakfast was also very good, and the service staff were very nice and helpful. Regarding the service of the hotel, the view is impeccable. The only thing to note is: if you are driving by yourself, you must drive a four-wheel drive up the mountain, otherwise the police at the checkpoint at the bottom of the mountain will not let you go up the mountain. Just before I went up the mountain, I went to the car rental company to re-rent a four-wheel drive up the mountain (the local four-wheel drive rents about 30 to 50 riyals a day). If you don’t want to rent a car and drive by yourself, you can make an appointment with the hotel 48 hours in advance and let the hotel arrange a car to pick you up at the foot of the mountain, but the cost is very high, and the round-trip fare is 130 riyals. It's also worth mentioning that if you don't want to eat the hotel's dinner, you have to bring food up there, and you basically can't find a place to buy food after you go up. If you choose to dine at the hotel, basically the cheapest is about 15 riyals per person.

The hotel is in a good location, only five minutes drive from the old town. The size of the hotel is relatively large in the local area, and the overall management is very good. Breakfast is good. The pool sanitation is very good.
