I am absolutely shocked by the service provided by this hotel. They don’t provide fresh towels or bed sheets. They just come into the rooms and seem to tidy the pillows but don’t change any of the bedding nor pillow case. The same towels that were used they were again folded and put to aside, assuming that it’s fresh towels however it wasn’t. There was so much dirt around the room. The floor was never cleaned whatsoever. There was dirt on and around the beds. Big concern is if they even bother changing it before the next customers use the rooms. I am not sure how this hotel is still operating as they do not provide any of the services they offer besides a car park and air-con. Hygiene levels are terrible. I am not one to usually name and shame a place but for the sake of others I have to rate this place 2/10.

Far from the station and places to eat. But the hotel was clean and staff members nice and friendly.

Great location, next to a very good bakery for breakfast. Comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy because the windows aren't well insulated, but otherwise, it's fine.

Negative, lack of consideration for the customer at reception. I will not return to or recommend this establishment to my friends and family. I was very disappointed.

An exceptional experience with attentive and helpful staff. The hotel's location is convenient, and their breakfast is excellent, featuring high-quality and delicious products.

A good hotel in a flourishing neighborhood with plenty of local color, the occasional tire or refrigerator on the sidewalk, a small bar here and a pizzeria there. A somewhat bourgeois new housing development has been built adjacent to it, and a few shops in the shopping street where the bus runs have already been set up with correspondingly reasonable prices. There's also a small shopping center that's still half empty. But there's also an artisan pastry chef who sells delicious apple pie slices for 2.20! And meringue and such for 3.50. You can get breakfast or lunch from the master baker himself! And there's a convenience store with almost everything at very reasonable prices. There's a hill with a park. Buses are available, and the Metro and RER are just over a fifteen-minute walk away. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The breakfast is extensive and inexpensive. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are wheelchair-accessible rooms. In short, a wonderful place. And if your French isn't great, to our surprise, many young people actually speak English. This isn't a tourist destination, and that's precisely why it's so nice!

The stay went well; the hotel is not far from metro station 5! The room was clean!

First day on return hotel door not closed by cleaning staff. Reception informed and that did not happen again. Friday morning and Saturday morning at breakfast the staff had little time, only had eyes for her mobile phone. Late at night along the street side always a lot of noise and also early in the morning.

Great overall. Negative side a little noise from cars passing on the main road, Positive side lots of shops and restaurants nearby!

Impeccable reception and cleanliness. Food available at the click of a button with a menu to suit all tastes.
