"This is an old property, but the room was very spacious. There was a wardrobe, a TV, and a very large bed. The bathroom was also big. However, the bathroom was quite old. Even though it had been cleaned, it still felt dirty. There were two types of showerheads — a large one and a small one — and the water pressure was strong. But while I was taking a shower, the showerhead suddenly came off and water sprayed all over the ceiling. The shower was very old and not in good condition. The receptionist was polite and friendly. When I reported the issue, the staff listened, understood, and responded quickly. The staff also helped carry my luggage upstairs."

"This is a clean, quiet, new hotel with spacious rooms with basic modern amenities. The only thing to consider while booking this hotel is that it is far from the city center. It take more than an hour by comfortable public transportation, with one transfer, to get to the Siam center. Grab rides take 40-60 minutes and affordable, around 10 dollars. The hotel is right by the rail transportation and there is a 7/11 and street food places very close to the hotel. As I said previously this hotel is a great option if you don't mind the distance to the center. A shopping mall is only three stops away by rail."

"Facility: the hotel is in what looks like a residential compound. Quite usual style in BKK. Okay on the outside, parking space right below. The location is a bit away from the main road and its heavy traffic and noses, so it was good. (Particularly if you have a car) The staff was helpful enough. But the room is in really bad condition of cleanliness, the floor was dirty,, the bathroom is dirty, moldy, the Aircon is very very modly and so not in usable condition. I understand it is a very cheap place, so we were not expecting any fancy room and or any amenities. but cleanliness is very hard pill to us."

"Had a good experience staying here with friends. It's located in Nonthaburi and has a hotel-like atmosphere, even though it also functions as a residence. While the building is starting to show its age, it's not run-down at all. There's always staff on site."

"Decent enough place with a lovely pool and a basic gym. What bugged me about them, though, was an attitude of making up rules after check-in. I booked it because it was a service apartment, for the last 3 nights of a 9 day trip. The whole purpose of that is to be able to cook a simple breakfast after days of eating out, do some laundry and so on. There was a sign in the kitchen forbidding cooking for ”short-term” guests and a lack of pots, pans and cutlery. I messaged the property through Trip and was told I could cook. They did send up a frying pan and knives and forks when asked. However it was all very strange. Apart from that, nice apartment, right next to an MRT and also a bus stop that was very handy for getting around. They had a nice Nespresso machine, toaster and electric stove so we went out and bought some coffee pods, eggs and bread and had a simple breakfast each day we were there. So...they just need to get over their attitude on using the kitchen and I'd give them 5 stars."
