Friendliest staff, welcoming area, well kept, clean, accommodating to everyone’s needs, easy to access, and just overall a beautiful place for anyone to stay. Has the pub up the road, beach down the other road, no reason to dislike this place at all.

We rented a 4 bedroom house, it was comfortable but for the very expensive price we expected more. The pool & tennis court areas were nice, but there were no safe walking tracks, really not the place to stay, would have been better camping.

Beach road holiday homes is by far the best place I’ve stayed in noosa, it has a nice beachy feel but also the amenities to make it feel more luxurious. The big spacious homes and awesome leisure centre is superb.

This place is great! Whether you are after a family holiday, a couples getaway or just need some time away from the business of our lives this is the place to go! My partner and I have been back a few times now and it honestly never fails to amaze me.

We have been staying at Beach Road Homes since the resort was first built. Over the years we have stayed in a number of the houses and always have a lovely relaxing stay. So close to the beach and just a quick ferry trip across to the Noosa area. It is one of our families favourite destinations.

We really loved our stay in our 3 bedroom house, very clean and spacious. I love that every house is different and unique and are all spaced out, so there is lots of privacy. Everyone was very accommodating as well. Will definitely be back for our next noosa trip.

My family and I stayed here for six nights in April. I was blown away by the stunning house situated in the middle of the stunning bush setting! The leisure centre was amazing for my kids, we loved being up close to the kangaroos and birds. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff were super helpful and Stacey and Ray could not be more accommodating.

The house needed a really good spring clean but was large enough to fit two families comfortably without getting in each others face. Water pressure isn't strong enough to launch a twig down the gutter of a street. Internet is blazingly fast which is a real bonus. The "Karens" that run the local coffee shop should be avoided at all costs.
