The last day of my stay, the man at the front desk was SUPER RUDE!! I stayed almost a week. The day of checkout, I needed to extend my stay for a few more days. My aunt was getting the money together to give Randy. She asked him for an extra hour (12pm). It was 12:07pm when all the money came together. I went to pay him, that man was like, "No, no, no. You get your stuff & get out. I already gave you an extra hour. It doesn't matter you have the money now, you gotta get your stuff I'm checking you out."
The thing is, I paid in advance Everytime I extended there, so there was no plight. But 7 minutes after 12? While my stuff is still occupying the room and the money in hand to pay him, but it was too much for him to take the money and reset the key for two more days. It's decent but it wasn't the Ritz Carlton.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know Randy is prejudice as well. He couldn't look me in my face or eyes any time I talked to him my entire stay. He was very short in conversation or assistance. It gave the impression of let me give you what you want and get out of my face. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN despite the comfort bc of Randy
