The nice big room is ideal for our family of 5. The staff was super helpful and resourceful. The breakfast was very good as well!

I loved the ambience as soon as I walked in. I had a smile throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hot breakfast was satisfying. The staff were easy to talk to and willing to help in any way. They even sent text messages to check in on us. There was no rushing with the late check out time. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

I paid extra for a premium suite. My buddy in a different floor got the exact same room at a regular or better price. Won’t do that again at that hotel. No updates to the hotel/rooms in several years

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Staff is always kind. Front desk is very professional, kind and helpful. The location is wonderful to shop and dine.

Check out was at 12 and they cleaned are room out at 930 at took the stuff that we had not taken yet

Great rooms, comfortable hotel and a great breakfast included, also a pretty good Gym for a hotel. I would stay there again.

The ceiling collapsed, no breakfast served at all, heaters not working. Was woke up via an alarm sounding telling me to evacuate my room. Asked for a refund or diacount and was told I booked through ********** and they were not gonna refund me any money
