SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Norman

Great affordable place to stay while visiting OU. Nicky was great and helpful. Breakfast was fresh, but limited.

Fine place to sleep, but the amenities weren't great. Breakfast - pretty barebones, but the eggs and sausage were fine. Pool - not heated. Brace yourself for cold. Other Notes - lack of attention to upkeep. Bathroom toilet paper was out, pool towels were empty, and we had to flag multiple things for the front desk. They weren't very proactive.

No complaints for a one night stay to be at OU early the next morning. Staff friendly. Room comfortable for 3 adults. Breakfast was included.

We have stayed multiple times at this hotel. The staff is always welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable as always. The gym and pool are a nice bonus.

I wasn’t really impressed with the place. The pictures were better than the experience. The person checking me in did not speak loud enough. It was ok. I will not pick this place to stay at again.

The whole place was super clean and smelled clean. I even pulled the sheets back and both mattresses were spotless. I paid cash and had to pay a $50 deposit I wasn’t expecting but they were great about it and they checked my room and gave me the 50 cash back. The people at the counter were great. They had biscuits,gravy,scrambled eggs, sausage links, fruit and cereal for breakfast. It was quiet and we had a nice stay. Hot water could’ve been better but I’ll still give 5 stars and definitely stay there when in Norman.

I travel a lot for work and I’m not very fussy about my accommodations. That being said, this was a terrible stay. We had no hot water for our shower despite numerous complaints it took a full 24 hours for maintenance to even look at it and another day for them to switch us to a different room. There were no lightbulbs in any of the lamps in either room. When we did switch rooms the was a musty odor radiating from the bed. I thought maybe it was the carpet but no. I woke up covered in bites on the third night. Decided to investigate and found BED BUGS. They refused to provide even a partial refund. Don’t stay here.

Clean room, nice pool area. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Bathroom not very clean (previous guests hair on the floor and in shower) dirty socks under luggage shelf. TINY thin bath towels.
