pros…great window view to watch fireworks from six flags…and pretty clean overall
Cons….no breakfast at all …not even maybe fruit, muffins, something to feed kids, Bistro closed, no microwave in rooms, they have 1 microwave for all guests next to reception desk , I asked and front desk staff said they wanted their staff to be with their families. I get it..hire seasonal staff so WE can at least have resources that the hotel website description says Breakfast and Bistro. They should’ve posted not available. Be transparent. And lastly my thermostat of room kept defaulting to 72 for cool and heat. Housekeeping or desk staff no knowledge how to work it. Advised building maintenance only one. Like location but next time before I book hotel must call to make sure they have restaurants open inside hotel

It was good. There was no microwave in the room. was not happy, we needed to heat up some food. But all in all it was very nice place to stay.

I dislike the fact that they broke into my vehicle and took several items of value. The part that really was outrageous was that the hotel didn’t do a thing. They didn’t even contact the police department since it was inside their property. No one said a thing or apologized or even try to make us feel at ease. All I was handed was a business card! No one should stay at this hotel if things like this happen and the hotel doesn’t even care to ask if everyone is okay if they could help in any way or a simple say sorry this kind of thing happened here at our hotel parking lot. The worst experience ever!!

PILLOWS WERE SO THIN THEY WERE ALMOST NON-EXISTENT, NO WATER AVAILABLE FOR COFFEE POT IN THE ROOM. A/C DIDN'T SEEM TO WORK CONSISTENTLY.

This was a quick weekend family trip in which this hotel is more business friendly, the sofa bed was extremely small in which we had to move to another room, but the front attendant was super helpful she made it quick and easy and at no additional cost which was relieving.

We had a great time this weekend at the Courtyard. Staff was kind and respectful. My only complaint was the starbucks inside the hotel. Very very slow service :(
