Facilities: Not bad, but the location is a bit far, it's not easy to get a taxi to the airport in the morning
The air conditioner blows directly on the bed, the sound is a bit loud

There are many people for breakfast, it is recommended to eat at off-peak hours

I booked a room on Ctrip in early March, checked in on March 27th and checked out on March 28th. I paid more than 1,200 RMB and put a credit card as a deposit when I checked in. Today I found that the hotel had charged another night's room fee on my card. I called to inquire, and they said Ctrip didn't pay! I paid Ctrip 20 days in advance, why didn't it go to the hotel account? I must be careful next time. I want to contact Ctrip customer service to find out what happened.

The bartender at the restaurant was rude and argumentative. We paid for drinks and she also charged it to the room- Scammer! Now, no one answers the phone and I am not being refunded. She didn't hear my husband's order and made 2 drinks instead of one, and then argued that she made them so we had to pay for them. She was awful! Everyone else was friendly but she was extremely rude- The lady who worked on 5/31/24 during happy hour was a nasty rude woman, perhaps she needs to be in the back of the house and not interacting with customers.

The hot tub was not working. Pool was falling apart. I would not have stayed if I knew this. There were swim lessons during the day so we could not swim for many hours each day.

Hotel in good condition. Parking is $20 extra per day. Very generous and varied breakfast. Very good option for the price.
