The hotel service was terrible. The breakfast restaurant staff were racially discriminatory, which was very unsatisfactory. The package included breakfast for two, but the hotel overcharged us for breakfast. After check-out, they deducted $74 from our bill for various fees, and the hotel only refunded us after Ctrip customer service intervened. Good job to Ctrip! The hotel room was okay. The public area facilities were average.

The surrounding area isn't very convenient; there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance. The hotel itself, however, is quite nice.
