Courtyard Charleston-North Charleston

The hotel was clean, staff was nice. Good location. My complaint is about the deposit they requested. I was charged a higher amount in my credit card, they said it would be refunded but it wasn’t. So I ended up paying more than I had planned when I booked this hotel here on Trip. That was frustrating.

Traveling on business warm friendly guest service staff was also very helpful

Bathroom was one of the cleanest and nicest I’ve seen but the breakfast was a joke unless you enjoy pulling things out of a refrigerator case and even then you could not reconstruct the menu items

The staff were awesome and the property was well maintained . Only issue was the air condition did not work. Unit was on 66 felt like 80. Other than that experience I would stay again.

Property was clean, staff was really friendly and attentive. Only a few minor hiccups, such as the toilet's handle was loose so it didn't flush properly all the time.

On arrival no one was present at desk for 5-6 minutes… awkward. Pleased with room. Due to some electrical malfunction we had no breakfast options, ice machines nor working elevators day 2. Annoying. Staff apologized. Elevators restored by check out today. Breakfast prices EXORBITANT- pack your own. Bagels & cookies $7 each! Hard to assess how it would be under working conditions, but attractive facility.

Gorgeous property. Like, *really* gorgeous hotel. Only real complaints are the forcing of guests to enter Marriott's marketing system in order to access even the most basic of wifi. Wifi's a basic utility, not something you should be gatekeeping.
