Tru by Hilton Charleston Airport

I and quiet stay. Great breakfast items. Loving playing billar / pool in the lobby. Highly recommend TRU by Hilton hotel

Good location, clean room, and friendly staff.

First time I have stayed at this property. It was as good as my previous experience with this chain. It is a perfect location if you are going to a concert across the street at the coliseum. It’s like a five minute walk! The staff is very friendly, as well.

Staff was exceptionally attentive. Location is quite convenient. Rooms and property well maintained.

Didn’t clean the room the next day, I thought the breakfast could have been a little better and I felt the room was a little over priced

Staff were nice, very disappointed with the room. The day before we arrived I called the front desk and told them that I needed a shower chair, being disabled, they had grab bars, first floor room and close to the door so my husband could take out our dog which didn’t happen. We walked into the room and there was no microwave in the room(had to go downstairs to warm food up), no coffee maker, blind was ripped off, only had the shear, had one small desk, one rolling chair, no other chair to sit. Soaps dispensers were broken off in the bathroom, toilet paper dispenser broken. Rented a pet room, used blue light to find out pee stains everywhere. No extra blankets, closet was tiny. TrU was TRULLY a disappointment. Paid 148.00 for one night. Don’t stay in room 244 on Montague, North Charleston, SC close to CHS airport, stay at the TrU on Ashley Phosphate in North Charleston SC. The TrU on Ashley Phosphate SC was AWESOME!!! I feel our needs weren’t met and TrU should offer us a discount on our next stay if we ever stay again or at least reimbursed us. Tru is welcomed to call me. Reservation was on May 27, 2026 room 244 under P Pylant. I will be waiting to see if they get in touch with me.

The hotel lobby was cute and inviting. The rooms were adequate with very nice lotions, shampoos and body gels. We were surprised that the rooms weren't cleaned on the first day because there was no note letting guests know that. No garbage basket in the bathroom which was strange.Breakfast was typical; well stocked, nothing special. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all a comfortable stay.
