Great location, room was clean. Lots of fun things to do, with a pool table and a game room. (I don't remember if there's a swimming pool.) No restaurant or food option on site.

This is our favorite place to stay. We stay here every time we go up north. Never to busy, we usually have the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The front desk people are the friendliest.

i did not like the room’s smell at all. you should remove/replace old wood to have better smell i think. The lady who checked in us was a little bit rude.

The room had a very musty smell and the refrigerator in the room also had a bad odor. The floor around the refrigerator had dirt and debris that was stuck to the flooring and it looked as if the area around the refrigerator had not been cleaned in a while. We left the window open trying to air it out and it helped somewhat. The furnishings and carpets in the room were very outdated and probably contributed to the musty smell. The staff was friendly but my husband and I agreed that we would not return due to the condition of the room.

Check in and check out was quick and easy and personnel was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well stocked with towels.Heat and A/C worked well. Property is quiet, off the road.

This was an older property, but reasonable for the price. The grounds were in good shape with a fire pit and sitting area, however it was too cold to sit outside. The room was spacious but needed an updating.

Location was great. We wanted to drive the Kankamagnus Highway and we planned to stay in North Conway after seeing fall colors on the Kank. Location was great. Restaurants were good and nearby.

The location was excellent. Hotel was nice, amenities great.
However, the bed was horrible, felt like I sunked into a hole, and I had a hard time getting off the bed for that reason. Definitely not good for the spine.
