HORU Hotel Mangga Dua Square

First time getting this room, it's so much better than usual! It's more spacious, clean, and the bathroom is also big. There's a sofa and a large TV – everything feels grand. Thank you!

Everything was comfortable, the room was clean, and the bathroom was also clean with complete facilities provided. I happened to stay in a deluxe room last night. However, the downside was the unappealing breakfast. It only consisted of mineral water, coffee, tea, and one main dish. It wasn't varied at all. That's probably all I have to say.

The cleanliness definitely needs improvement. During our stay, the guests next door had a child who was screaming and running in the hallway past 10 PM, which was quite disruptive. This should be addressed. Also, the breakfast menu could use more variety.

Strategic location, perfect for anyone with an event setup at JIExpo! Comfortable and makes you feel right at home.

The hotel's location is good. The service is still excellent, just like the first time I visited. However, I'm a bit disappointed this time because the restaurant is undergoing renovations. Also, the breakfast used to have a wide variety of options, but now it's limited to Nasi Daun Jeruk (lime leaf rice), vermicelli, vegetables, and butter chicken. Before, they even had sushi and many more choices.

It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel, especially the service from Ms. Yuli at the reception, who was very friendly.

The hotel is still under renovation. Also, there are no refrigerators in the rooms, and no phone to contact the reception. The rooms are clean. The staff's service is exceptionally professional. It's very convenient due to its proximity to the markets. I will definitely return, God willing.
