OneHOME Gold Coast PIK Sea View Apartments

Not bad but it's hard to compare to a full service hotel. Room itself and property are nice, 4⭐. Could be cleaner and have more amenities. Gym is nice but packed like sardines so I didn't want to use it. Pools and view are very nice though! Checkin and checkout takes more time because you need to connect with the owner or team as opposed to working with someone at a front desk. Coffee is less than 10 minutes walk at a different tower, YMMV.

The check in service is fine but the cleanness of this room need to be improve. Suggest that they supply better toliet paper and towel

I had a wonderful stay! The place is absolutely amazing, featuring a stunning sea view and a massive pool that was perfect for swimming. I also really enjoyed having access to the walking track on the grounds. While the gym was a bit busy during my visit, it was still well-equipped and functional. A huge plus was the owner’s communication, they were very responsive and helpful. I’d love to book this place again next time I'm in PIK!

Nice place, good location. The unit is clean and tidy but we found a small cockroach. We walked to fresh Market where we can find mang kind of food, there are mana restaurant and café. Indomaret is just in the same building in the ground floor. There are also others mini market such as family mart, etc. swimming pool is so nice, there are indoor and also very nice and big swimming pool. The location is only about 400 meters to mangrove forest, there is so beautiful forest. But there is no pedestrian path. Would be so nice if we could walk but it’s almost impossible so we went by car. The admin is so nice, easy to communicate, very responsive.

I booked this room for my clients for two nights, and they had an awful experience. First of all, the apartment does not have any lobby, so you have to contact them to pick you up to the rooms. My clients had arrived a bit early and notified them about their arrival, but there is absolutely no response - their texts and calls were ignored, and they had to wait in the lobby, which was very filthy and small. This made them leave the apartment without checking in. When I tried to check them in again the day after, they made it as hard as possible for me to check in, denying my requests and were just unreasonable. And of course, they rejected refund, even when the rooms were not used. I regret having made this booking and I truly wish to never find this kind of service anywhere else.
