The room was great as it had just been renovated. It was quiet and clean, with complete facilities and a nice view.

The room layout and facilities were nothing like the pictures; the actual room was much smaller and lacked the small table and chairs by the window. It felt like a pure deception. The hotel breakfast wasn't good, and for dinner, the savory dishes were extremely salty, while the sweet ones were overwhelmingly sugary. Plus, their elevator wasn't working very well, having some minor issues. The only upside is its proximity to the JIE exhibition hall.

It's quite close to the exhibition hall. Next to the breakfast restaurant is a long, narrow swimming pool. In the evenings, the supermarket and convenience store (Lawson) nearby close around 9 PM, which makes buying things a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else was pretty standard.

Very convenient for JIXPO exhibition, the hotel provides a shuttle service.

The place is clean, the food is delicious, and the location is strategic. However, the shuttle to Jakarta Fair only departs at 2 PM, and the pick-up for the return trip is only at 8 PM.

This stay had its ups and downs. The staff were very friendly and the location was good, which I appreciate. However, the room's cleanliness was only so-so, there was no coin-operated laundry machine, and the breakfast quality was quite average. Room service was also slow, so there's definitely room for improvement.

The rooms at the Bellinzona Swiss Quality Hotel are quite new, and the breakfast is as rich and varied as ever. It was very comfortable to swim alone in the pool, and the gym was small, with only one treadmill and a few other machines.
