Oakwood PIK Jakarta

Had a pleasant stay at Oakwood PIK! The room was clean and spacious, and the AC was wonderfully cold. The service was also excellent, the operators were very quick to respond. The location is strategic, close to Fresh Market, but you need to be a bit extra careful when crossing the street as it's quite busy. Overall, highly recommended.

Overall, it was okay. The sink isn't ideal for those who like to do their makeup. Also, if you like to sleep in, you absolutely need to inform the front desk beforehand, otherwise, someone will be ringing your doorbell and knocking on your door every day at 11 AM, which is quite unpleasant. The elevator card and room card are different, making them easy to confuse. The bed was comfortable and the swimming pool was excellent 👍🏻. The facilities are fairly comprehensive, but it's not very friendly for non-English speakers, as using them can be difficult.

The space was really generous for the four of us! 🛏️ 2 bedrooms 🚿 Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom 🚿 1 additional toilet outside 🛋️ Living room with a sofa 🍽️ Dining table 📺 TVs in the living room & each bedroom 🧺 Washing machine 🧊 Refrigerator 👗 Towel drying area And it turns out it wasn't just the room that made it comfortable... 🏊♀️ There's an indoor pool 🏊♂️ There's an outdoor pool 🔥 There's a sauna 🏋️ There's a gym ✨ And other facilities to enjoy during your stay. The kids can swim, my husband can work out, and I can just relax... 😂❤️ The best part is, there are so many food options downstairs. You just need to go down and walk; no need to bother driving to find food. It truly feels like having your own home in PIK, but with all the hotel amenities. 🥰 For family staycations, do you prefer a one-bedroom hotel room or a 2-bedroom unit like this? 👇

Excellent service! Great location, and the hotel is quite clean. Free coffee and snacks are a nice touch, and the facilities are comprehensive, even including laundry! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai for business.

Everything here is just for show. The tables were greasy, the sofa was caved in, and the whole place felt quite old. Even with four elevators, you had to wait ages for one. The worst part was the tap water. I always bring my own filter when I travel, but the water here was so bad it made me not even want to shower. A brand new filter turned yellow after just one wash, as you can see in the picture. People with allergies or young children should be very careful.

This is a high-quality serviced apartment, conveniently located in the PIK area with easy access to and from the airport. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. The outdoor pool offers outstanding views, and the public amenities are comprehensive. With abundant surrounding conveniences, it's ideal for business travelers on medium to long-term stays. The internet is fast, and overall, it offers excellent value for money. However, a word of caution regarding financial security: credit cards and bank cards are easily lost at this hotel, so make sure to keep them locked up.
