The service was terrible, a really bad experience. When I booked the hotel, the platform didn't register that I had already checked in, causing an overlapping booking. I tried to negotiate with the hotel to extend my stay by one day, but they flat-out refused. As for the breakfast buffet, besides eggs, there was almost no meat, and the price certainly wasn't cheap. Definitely avoid this place.

Strategic and comfortable location for a family vacation. The staff are friendly and kind, truly the best place, always.

The sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were very dirty; it felt like they hadn't been changed in a long time. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great, and I was woken up very early by roosters crowing, even though I had asked the front desk staff to put me in a quieter location. The service staff, however, were all very good and had a great attitude. Breakfast was just okay.

The TV in the cafe wasn't working, so we couldn't watch the World Cup matches on the morning of July 3rd.

The hotel is really good and comfortable, and the staff are all very kind and provide excellent service. The hotel is super clean, highly recommended.

The hotel is located near Kelapa Gading, in a Chinese-majority neighborhood, tucked away in an alley. There's a convenience store nearby. It's about a 20-minute drive to MOI, and around 40 minutes to the Time Zone. The soundproofing in the hotel is just okay, so it can be quite noisy. However, the service is good, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The breakfast is Indonesian style, which might not be to everyone's taste if you're used to Chinese food.

Strategically located if you're looking to be active around Kelapa Gading. You can walk to MOI, and right next to the hotel is the famous Ayu seafood restaurant. A short taxi ride will also get you to Kelapa Gading. Overall, it's good.

Perhaps they could improve their preparation of toiletries. I stayed as a couple, but we were only given one toothbrush and toothpaste.
