The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant.

we had 2 rooms, rooms were good, just needed a little maintenance 0n a couple of things. we would stay there again.

The overall service was good … however some improvement related to the customer experience and also included room service and utilities service in general.

Worst serviced apartments I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty walls and floors and holes in walls, in both bedrooms. And than don’t want to offer any sort of compensation or refund bond money until you chase them up. Be careful staying here!

Stayed here previously and had a few issues, now under new ownership. The new owner was excellent, stayed back late to wait for us to arrive, had just put new couches in the room, has contracted new cleaners that are keeping the rooms much cleaner. Everything was in good working order and well maintained. Plenty of space in the room, great location with street parking available (unlimited Sat afternoons and Sundays, restricted hours weekdays and Saturday mornings). Close to tram and great food options within walking distance. Can recommend the Auction Rooms Cafe for breakfast, a short walk from the apartments. Look forward to staying here again.

A bit of a worry to start with, as we would arrive outside of reception hours, but we eventually got the process sorted. The first room we had a key for had not been serviced since the previous occupants, so we refused. The out of hour contact number, immediately sorted the problem and provided a new room - which was clean and great for our needs. Good location in a quite area of Melbourne, good food to be found locally. Overall, I'd stay here again, just a shame that first impressions weren't great (but the stay ended up being fine)  

Pleasantly surprised, loved the room. Bed excellent, shower excellent. Super quiet, private balcony. Great location, easily walked to RM Hospital & great shopping a block the other way & taxi from Southern Cross Station 10mins. Great value.

Got what I paid for. It was cheap and is in a great location. Level of cleanliness could be improved. Couldn't use the balcony from all the cobwebs. Stains all over the walls. Mysterious leak from the wall in the bathroom that made it smell like sewer all the time. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Won't be coming back.

We loved our stay at RNR apartments. The apartment was very quiet and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The amount of glasses, cutlery plates etc was perfect. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and funny. The room was very clean - we can’t fault it.  Washing machine in the room was so ideal! Less than a 10 min walk to the free tram zone.

Kitchenware is very limited & should be restocked.

Unit had good facilities, a couple of negatives easily fixed - king bed could have had a topper to make it more comfortable Mop in bathroom as disability bathroom as water spread over the floor easily when showering which made it a slip hazard

Air-conditioning is not working, kettle is plastic and very black (burnt) inside. Paid parking but had no availability. Top service by no response at all both by phone and message.
