Best Western Plus Windsor Inn

Overall the experience was really good. The house person it’s really hot, lol no complaints

The tub did not drain. The pool was freezing. The location was great due to close amenities. The restaurant did not meet our needs.

We had one night stay at the hotel. Overall It was fine. Staffs were nice, room was clean. The location is pretty convenient. The Only thing was that my room was facing the elevator. Every time there was a person getting out of the it, there's an alert voice reminding "wait" or "first floor". Can't remember the exact word, but it was very annoying during my night sleep, waking me up many times.

Check in was a nightmare. Waited over 20 minutes. Someone cut in line. No acknowledgement. Waiting while people are calling to see why card is declined instead of anowledging us and asking if they could step aside to then help the people in line. Took us 2 minutes to check in. Asked if we wanted housekeeping the next day, said yes and they rolled their eyes! Then housekeeping never came. Room was dirty upon checking in. It was such a nightmare overall.

The room hasn't got any close4. We were a family of 4 and that was a problem that couldn't be solved.

My room stank of urine, but the staff were apologetic and I got a new room - but the bathroom light flickered, the AC rattled, and the general look and smell of the room was not pleasant.

I've stayed at several Best Western Plus hotels before, and they were all excellent, but this one was bad. The bathroom toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned; the employee said it was just a stain at the bottom. The floor was stained, the shower water was only lukewarm on a winter night. The carpet looked dirty and had a strong odor. The air conditioner was an old machine that made noise all night. I had to keep it turned off at night. The staff didn't seem to have much experience in dealing with and resolving problems. It's a shame, because I had spoken so highly of the hotel chain to my companions. It was a disappointment.

Great location! The staff was super nice. The only problem is the hot water didn't work and the shower pressure was bad. It was safe and clean and cheap ish. I enjoyed the stay and the proximity to Whole Foods and other shopping.

It’s kind of old but do the job if price it’s correct for couple of nights. Bathroom needs refresh. Beds greats.
