Our usual spot when in SC. Unfortunately this time, one of our rooms had a broken king size bed. We already were minus one bed due to a booking error so that made things worse. The entrance door had no weather *****. We couldn’t keep the place warm due to this issue and unfortunately, weather was in the 20’s. Needless to say..we were freezing. The dishwasher was leaking as well. Definitely more issues than we’ve ever encountered before. Check in staff were friendly per usual! Will stay here again but will definitely inspect all beds and doors next time. I did speak to staff about issues to make sure they were aware of these issues.

We had a nice room and the staff was helpful and friendly, however due to technology issues our Check-in was frustrating. Computers were down and we were not able to get a room key until 11:30 that night. I understand it was not the staff members fault. However for our inconvenience thought maybe we could receive a complimentary room or disco to make up for our inconvenience. Thank you

Place was great. I didnt like the way the way they made me feel about damaging the room. Even said someone would check it after i left. I've stayed in many hotels, the first time ive ever been told that. Im 62 years old, im not going to damage anything..

The resort was very nice, clean, bed was comfortable. The tv had issues but it was raining so it was probably weather related.

Beautiful suite, clean quiet, just a wonderful experience and the restaurant 3500 the chef cooking today was excellent best steak ice had in the area..

Loved the view we had from our room. One of the best resorts I have stayed in. Super Clean, never had to ask for anything fir the room.
