Premier Inn North Shields (Ferry Terminal)

We've stayed at this hotel several times before, it's an ideal location for us going to the football in Newcastle or just for a break, we can leave the car and use the metro station a 15 Min walk away. This time we were given room 112, with the standard carpark view!! (We always make a joke, car park view or car park view) The staff were friendly as always when we've been and always took the time to say hello. Rooms could maybe do with an upgrade in terms of lighting etc but an ideal place to put your head down for the night!!

The premier inn was good but the breakfast next morning was buffet style and everything was stone cold Even the coffee was only lukewarm In our opinion it needs to go back to waitress service when the food was hot. Out of a 3 night stay only had 1 breakfast as the first mornings was cold. Bought fruit for the other mornings.

I regularly stay at this hotel when visiting the area for work. The staff there are always friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and what you would expect at a Premier Inn. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet during the night. The pub next door does a great breakfast and the evening meals are value for money.

We arrived as a family of 3 and had rooms 19 & 21 interconnecting accessible rooms as our daughter is confined to a wheelchair & the facilities were outstanding, but what makes this Premier Inn outstanding is the members of staff they just can not do enough to help & advise you.Special mention to Susan & Jade but also all staff members are OUTSTANDING.

Very pleasant stay working it made the difference to have friendly staff and a comfy room with a really good shower in a twin room with a bath facilities were good and clean food wasn’t bad either and only a stones throw away

Everything was perfect not one complaint had a great night sleep location was good right round corner from few shops the price was decent can’t complain with that overall everything was decent not a problem at all

Whenever we catch up with friends in the northeast we stay here. The welcome is friendly, there is ample parking and it's a perfect spot for both the city and the coast. Whilst perhaps not the most picturesque of locations, it is perfect for our needs and the staff are brilliant - nothing is too much for them.

I stayed here abd the hotel is perfect for flights from North Terminal. There are a few things that let this hotel down. Poor meal quality. Meal deal meals need improving I mean really burger with 8 chips on the side and prawn starter kettles 5 prawns. I was a hockey when I ordered wine 🍷 £8 20 a glass really?????? Rhe room was lovely and clean and peaceful for a good night's sleep The staff In restaurant looked as if they did not enjoy there Jobs and looked unhappy I may stay again if standards improve and better value money

I came up for a training course and I have to say the staff are a credit to your organisation especially Andrew talia and especially Jade who made me feel right at home nothing was too much and she always had a smile to greet me behind reception
