I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious.Good place to stay with family and friend, friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

I was staying with iskcon group my stay was almost 1 week all our rooms were neat and clean… staff was very ***ageable housekeeping staff helped us a lot in our event they took very care in rooms and washrooms everything was perfect Mr Sanjay in housekeeping took this responsibility special thanks to him and big credit goes to reception team Mr ms Ahnees , Neelam and mr Ajeet they all were so good with there behaviour they all make sure to give the rooms keys to everyone without any wait they all were very patient and polite and mr Rajesh in bellboy he was also very hardworking Thankyou so much for helping us very nice stay

My journey is caspia hotel was super excellent it was amazing housekeeping staff and quality was very satisfying and all the staff was very cooperative... Each and every hotel service is very good .. Ambience is very nice ... Sanjay in housekeeping is very helpful and in check in time our check in was very smooth ms ahnees on reception she took my checkin she was very polite she talks very nicely and very helpful and she always has smile on her face I would love to visit again and get checked with her and ms Neelam on reception she was also very nice both of them were nicely they were so helping they helped alot in my stay
