Doubletree by Hilton Perth Northbridge

Stayed here for several nights during my work trip and had an excellent experience throughout. The hotel is in a fantastic location in Northbridge, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the Perth CBD. It was also very convenient for exploring popular attractions around Perth. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and good amenities. Housekeeping maintained the room well during my stay. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful whenever assistance was needed. One of the highlights of this hotel is the location. It is surrounded by plenty of dining options and provides easy access to public transport. The hotel also offers great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work or sightseeing. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge exceeded my expectations. Excellent service, great facilities, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Perth.

I expected a lot better from a Hilton brand. The room itself lacked basic comfort: the soundproofing was bad enough that hallway noise (rolling bags, slamming doors) kept waking us up, and the pillows offered zero support, resulting in body aches. The linen also smelled a bit off/musty. The hotel's cleanliness and hospitality fell short too. The lobby and elevator smelled like vomit on our second day, and housekeeping never replenished our body soap even though it was empty. We had to call to get it replaced. Finally, their water policy feels incredibly cheap. They give you two bottles when you arrive, but charge $2 a bottle for subsequent bottles. Even though we stayed for 3 nights, no extra water was provided. Definitely feels like they are nickel-and-diming guests.

Room was clean and service staff was excellent. Buffet breakfast was good and front desk was kind to extend late checkout for me. Very good location in. northbridge area accessible to food and shopping .

Breakfast buffet was decent though slightly limited. Front desk staff were amazing. Room were clean and well-kept.

Location is great. Near Perth station. Restraurants around the hotel. Tv in twin room is not in the centre and infront of one of the beds only. There is no Chromecast but screen sharing is an option. Breakfast was basic English breakfast options. Taste is okay. Not bad but not good, would not recommend breakfast. We can view the sunset from our room which was nice

We enjoyed the breakfast especially with super nice and cheerful Service crews. Location is good, short walk to train. Many restaurants and food around.
