My room was clean and relatively spacious. The staff at the desk were courteous Everything worked in my room. In general, those things were fine. But there were some unusual things. Biggest, was the hotel fire alarm went off at 5:00 a.m. Not a fire, but a significant inconvenience. No harm came to anyone, but guests all cleared out of our rooms. A few guests waited outside in the 35 degree temps. Not an emergency, thank goodness. Still, it took about 20 minutes to get someone who knew how to shut the alarm off. Training error on management, in my opinion. Hot tub. Warm-ish one night, lukewarm the next. Too cold to enjoy. Room itself--I agree with one reviewer's observations that there aren't enough outlets. I had to unplug their clock radio to have an outlet to charge my phone on on the night stand. Only one lamp on one of the night stands, nothing on my side of the bed. Also, possibly the smallest, least comfortable pillows of any hotel I've ever stayed at. I routinely bring my own pillow from home. If I had not done so, would not have been able to sleep with the ones on the bed.
I can't say I'd never stay there again, as the location is convenient in the small town where my family is located, but I will have to keep my expectations low.
