The Felbrigg at Jonas Farm Barns is a wonderful, family-friendly barn offering self-catering accommodation, part of a small & quiet complex of 9 traditional Norfolk stone buildings. The barn is beautifully updated and has original A frame beams and pulleys with spacious accommodation on one floor with a well-equipped kitchen and underfloor heating with oak flooring. It has a large, private and south facing garden, perfect for enjoying the Norfolk sunshine and keeping an eye on the little ones.
With local award-winning pubs and eateries, beautiful beaches and adventurous days out, coastal resort towns along the Norfolk Coast Path and Peddars Way, and several historic houses all close by, there’s plenty to explore.
The Felbrigg has everything your family or group could require during your time away:
Lounge Area with comfortable seating (including a sofa bed for short breaks/occasional use), smart TV, Amazon Fire stick, bluetooth speaker and WiFi.
Dining Area with table and chairs. A high chair is available.
Well-equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Bedroom 1 with a comfy king-size bed and ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and wc
Bedroom 2 with comfy twin beds. A travel cot is available.
Main bathroom with bath, shower attachment, basin and wc
Fully enclosed garden with lawn, a large patio area, garden furniture and barbecue.
Car parking for two cars in the driveway next to the barn.
Towels are provided, though you are requested to bring your own swimming towels.
There is also an iron and ironing board and hairdryer. There is a laundry area on the complex with shared washing machines and a tumble dryer.
This is a no-smoking/vaping property.
Please note: There is no lifeguard for the pool and children under 15 must be supervised at all times by 2 adults. No swimming alone. The pool has a booking system and allows all guests at Jonas Farm to have a swim every day between 9am and 6pm. Guests are asked to accept T&Cs on booking. Please note our pool is closed 4th Jan- 3rd Feb

A great family holiday

Great family holiday
Lovely barn - really well located. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen well equipped.
The pool reservation system is a bit annoying - to get a slot at outside of the middle of the day you had to be super organised and my husband and I never quite figured out when the sign up sheet got put up l! But the pool itself is beautiful

Lovely accommodation
We really enjoyed our stay. All of the big ticket items were as they should be, we had no major issues. Some things were particularly lovely, such as the extremely comfortable mattresses on the beds, the outdoor space, and the size of the living area, which is much bigger than the photos imply. Reading the guest book was also a delight, as was finding a cupboard of games and puzzles, which we appreciated during our rainy week!

Great family stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great and accommodation comfortable. The children loved the pool and garden area.
